Studio Project Prompt:

Design a sculpture inspired by a Polynesian culture.

Parameters:

  • Begin by researching Polynesian art.
  • Create a sculpture with a specific function.
  • Use natural or found materials.
  • Experiment with form, shape, scale, and negative and positive space.
  • Incorporate a decorative pattern with color or materials.
